Users are responsible for keeping their password and account information confidential and must not share their login credentials with other individuals.

ResolVa collects information such as the user's name, birthday, address, mobile number, email address, and identification details for account verification and barangay service purposes.

5. Identification and Verification

Users may be required to submit a valid identification document and complete identity verification. Submitted information must belong to the registered user and must be accurate.

6. Use of the System

Users must use ResolVa responsibly and must not submit false complaints, fraudulent information, abusive content, or requests intended to misuse barangay services.

7. Complaints and Reports

Information submitted through ResolVa should be truthful and made in good faith. Users may be held responsible for intentionally submitting false or misleading reports.

8. System Availability

ResolVa may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, or other circumstances.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information submitted through ResolVa will be handled only for legitimate system and barangay-related purposes and managed according to applicable data privacy requirements.

10. Changes to the Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated when necessary. Users may be required to review and accept updated terms before continuing to use certain system features.

11. Account Termination

An account may be restricted, suspended, or terminated if the user violates these Terms and Conditions or misuses the ResolVa system.
